Our Story
A legally registered NGO under BIPA, Republic of Namibia, dedicated to bridging the employment gap.
HopeFORYouthOrganisation was born from a simple observation: talented graduates across Namibia were missing out on career opportunities simply because they couldn't afford to travel to interviews. Registered under the Business and Intellectual Property Authority (BIPA), we set out to change this.
Our approach is comprehensive. We don't just fund travel — we prepare graduates with career workshops, connect them with mentors, and provide ongoing resources for professional development. We believe every graduate deserves a fair chance at employment, regardless of their financial background.
The target audience is primarily unemployed graduates, particularly those from underprivileged backgrounds who may lack access to career resources. By covering travel expenses, providing training, and connecting them with industry professionals, we bridge the critical gap between education and employment.
Our Vision
Within 2 years: establish partnerships with at least 20 companies, achieve a 60% job placement success rate for funded graduates within 6 months, and build a strong international donor community.
